Meet other new moms while learning songs, baby games, and basic infant movement with your infant. This eight-week series begins each session with interactive play, followed by group discussion on topics such as getting your baby to sleep, introducing solids, life with a newborn, and how to survive the challenges of being a mom. Many mothers find support and friendship here and continue these relationships outside of group time, as well.You can join the group at any time if the session has already begun.

Please check age ranges for each mothers group to find a group with babies the same age as your baby. This class is appropriate for moms and babies aged 2 weeks up until 12 months.
